I wish you (with 24 hours-late) a beautiful and happy new year 2014 made of happiness, hopes and new challenges in your personal and professional lives.
A year in which the European elections are taking place, very important ballot for the national governments and for the European leaders in a context dominated by the crisis and a questioning of the European integration by the euro-sceptics and the euro-phobic groups. May this year reaffirm the need of Europe for everyone, at the moment Latvia has just joined by the Eurozone.
This year will also be an election one in France with the municipal elections, a genuine test for François Hollande and his government near two years after his coming to power.
